Program Overview:

OAMRS has partnered with the McMaster University - DeGroote School of Business to host an executive development program to give OAMRS members leadership tools, guidance, and support to succeed as leaders.  The Leadership Development Day will be an annual program.  Valued at over $750 per person, the program is free for members. This interactive session includes an online self-assessment tool, Emotional Quotient Interview.
