Jay Lambert is Métis/Cree and French Canadian with a professional background spanning 20+ years in healthcare transformation and change management. His experience extends to working at the community, provincial and international levels, focusing on multi-disciplinary systems transformation, leadership resilience, capacity building and cultural safety.
